For the second consecutive year we had the pleasure to organise the stuff party of the famous offshore company Amdocs based in Limassol staffed by over than 300 employees. The party held on 17.01.2015 at Carob Mill Richard and Berengaria Venue in Limassol and was admittedly a very challenge job for our team mainly because of the specific theme night «A Night in Paris».
The theme party was including two violin players performing well-known French tunes, a fantastic female singer with French temperament and with proper stage presence singing French standards, a five piece Moulin Rouge dance team and a caricaturist who was drawing live portraits of the guests. All the above was the entertainment part of the night organised by Phedias Music Atelie combined with various technical services such as performance stage, dance floor, stage and party lighting, sound equipment and of course last and most impressive, the interactive floor for the reception which was the highlight of the party.
At the reception we created a white walk path with floor tails where all the guests would walk through to enter the venue. Passing over the white walk path somewhere halfway we set up an interactive projection with a gorgeous graphic depicting the city of Paris lit up. On the graphic first to observe was a huge «welcome» with neon lights effect and in the foreground appeared the Eiffel Tower and just behind it seemed a huge building with the inscription Amdocs in neon lights as well.
The most striking was the fact that when guests walked over the projection area fireworks with intense bright flash over the graphic whilst hearing the sound of the explosion of fireworks forcing everyone to look to the floor and see the artwork. At the end of the walk path the dancers of Moulin Rouge welcomed guests and led them insight the venue.
«A night in Paris» was truly one of the most beautiful experiences for our team and also for the staff of Amdocs company who danced and had fun until the early morning hours making very positive comments for the party which honours us particularly.
